Matt Hagar started in the Real Estate industry straight out of college and hasn’t looked back. Matt He attended the University of the Pacific where he received the President’s Scholarship for outstanding GPA and test scores. He graduated in 2010 and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business, with a double concentration in Entrepreneurship as well as Management and Human Resources.
He started his Real Estate career at Prudential CA Realty, where he spent his first 3 years in the industry. He worked with home buyers and sellers to help make their real estate dreams a reality.
He also was able to combine his background in construction and real estate and use that knowledge to acquire, renovate and resell distressed properties. He has done this with great success over the last few years and has been able to flip numerous houses in the East Bay.
Although already very successful in the residential realm, he is always looking for a new challenge and decided commercial real estate would be a great step forward. Matt has embraced the commercial realm very quickly, and has gained experience in a wide variety of Commercial Real Estate Applications. As another indication of his dedication to the profession and his clients, Matt has acquired his Brokers License which will give him even more expertise in navigating the waters of the real Estate Industry. He has hit the ground running in his new role, and will be a mainstay in the industry for many years to come.
Jim Neighbor has over 35 years of varied experience in the real estate industry, including in excess of Development Site of over 100 40-acres plus sites in the Western U. S. He has entitled over 1000 small production housing sites as well as developed several commercial office complexes in the San Francisco East Bay area.
He was also the previous President of Prudential Commercial Real Estate, successfully grew into one of Northern California’s leading land brokerage firm. He has owned two Century 21 franchise offices with over 200 real estate agents. Mr. Neighbor’s well-rounded in real estate development and entitlement issues background covers all aspects of real estate marketing, sales, development, and finance. His client base consists of over 3000 Buyers and sellers spanning his 35 years in service.

Mr. Hildenbrand’s career spans over 30 years in the Real Estate, Financial, and Development industry which included 20 plus years as an executive member of the Hofmann Company, a major Bay Area development firm.
His knowledge and through understanding of the industry has been the result of extensive involvement in environmental, entitlement, due diligence, budget development and analysis as well as extensive governmental liaison relationships.
In addition, he has extensive Planning, Development and Marketing experience developed over the years.
Mr. Hildenbrand holds a California Real Estate License, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the California Building Association.
